Clark James Recruitment are currently working with a highly prestigious banking group to recruit a professional and forward thinking IFA into their commercial division.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Business Relationship team within the branch to identify potential leads and maximise sales within the corporate protection, retirement planning, investment products and employee benefits market.
Working with a sophisticated customer base, providing specialist advice on relevant financial products and services:-
Protection - life (including Keyman cover), critical illness, and income protection
Retirement planning - individual and group products
Investments - structured products, mutual funds and through to discretionary services
Employees Benefits - Group Life and Income products.
Optimising appointments with customers to identify needs and opportunities and provide solutions in order to achieve personal and team sales targets
Manage customer relationships in a manner that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction
Advocating putting customers first and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience
Recognising the wider wealth planning needs of customers in order to refer customers to other areas of the bank where their needs for non-regulated products can be met.
Diploma qualified (Advisers are also supported with their onward progression to Chartered and Fellow status)
Experience within the Commercial/Corporate market
Full Driving License
CAS status - or have held CAS within the last five years
Clean compliance record
