Our client have an exciting, newly created role as an experienced IT Support Coordinator as they are expanding their IT department. You will love working with people, solving IT problems, and finding solutions and wanting to develop your career. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for IT service delivery ensuring the best service is provided for their internal users - This client is a fantastic organisation to work for - Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week 

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Clear and consistent, jargon-free communicationEnsure IT is deployed effectively, in-line with the IT policy, PMO and IT CommitteeProvide technical and subject matter expertise in the use of IT and the IT estateBuild and manage relationships with key 3rd parties.Manage user support – technical and training, escalating to 3rd party as required.Working as technical lead on projects, deliver outputs as set out and agreed with the project manager to the agreed time/ schedule, quality and costTo develop and maintain required documentation including:

Process/ procedureTechnical/ configurationUser-guidance/ best practiceUser training
Leverage value from IT investment including working with 3rdparties & customers to:

ensure existing applications are optimised to meet business needs.implement new applications or new features within existing applications.identify new and emerging technologies to benefit the companycoordinate proof of concepts/ evaluations/ pilots


-          Super organised and great customer-focused service skills.

-          Previous service desk experience

-          Ability to work under pressure and deal with the unexpected in a cool and calm way.

-          Ability to multi-task and prioritise – especially during busy times in the lead up to the shows.

-          Ability to look for solutions to problems and ways to integrate new ideas and technology to the team.

-          Proactive within the team – willingness to take on new projects, support other members and make decisions on own initiative.

-          Excellent communication skills
