We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to cover sales administration and CRM administration for our successful and established client based in Redhill. The job role requires an individual to help in supporting the sales team, supporting the marketing strategy and managing customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Salary £25000 - £27500 plus a £5000 KPI Bonus.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Administrator


Assist with sales activities including answering the phone and fielding sales callsReceive customer enquiries & create quotes on CRM systemReceive & verify customer purchase orders, including customers' personal information and account/payment details; ensure that are added into the CRM system correctly.Process sales orders on MRP/CRM System; checking them for accuracy to ensure RFTOrganise deliveries through specified couriers using their own websitesContact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing informationProcess customer invoices through the CRM system and customer portals.Maintain and update sales and customer records on CRM systemActively communicate and liaise with other internal teams to ensure that company objectives are met.Manage personal and sales email inboxes
CRM Administrator


Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM, regularly conducting audits and cleaning tasks to maintain high data quality.Provide training and support to CRM users, addressing technical issues and offering guidance on best practices.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and implement improvements in CRM workflows and processes.Support marketing manager to co-ordinate marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and social media posts.
Mandatory Requirements


Proven experience in a sales administration, CRM management, or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desirable


Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook - competent to basic levelExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpotExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsGood customer service work ethicAttention to detail.The ability to work individually and as part of a small teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood standard of general education
Package

Salary:                 £25,000 to £27,500

Location:         Redhill, Surrey

Hours:                  08:30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Holiday:           22 days + bank holidays

Benefits:          Free parking

£5k non contractual KPI/performance related bonus. Qualify after passing 6 month probation.

EOT( Part of Employee Ownership Trust after qualifying period)

Pension : 7% on all earnings (4% employee/3% employer)

Probation:       6 months
